IceMan 2014-2015

The IceMan Series - Springfield, Illinois

After the success of last year's events the Iceman Series is back again! Keep your running tuned up during the winter in a fun and entertaining way.  All the runs will have a post event party at a local restaurant/bar so we can continue the fun.

Locations are still being organized and will be announced the week before the run.  We reserve the right to change the location at any time.

Starting with a 7K run December 13th and every two weeks after that we will organize a Saturday morning point series run that progressively builds up to a 18K on Feb 7th.  

Here's our schedule 2014 - 2015  - all events start at 9am and will be chipped timed:

Saturday December 13th - 7K (4.35 miles) point series run and a non-point 3K run/walk
(Location: Corner Pub and Grill at Iles and Koke Mill - starts at 9am)

Saturday December 27th - 9K (5.6 miles) point series run and a non-point 5K run/walk
(Location: Engrained Brewery at Legacy Point beside Scheels at 9am)

Saturday January 10th - 12K (7.46 miles) point series run and a non-point 6K run/walk
Saturday January 24th - 15K (9.32 miles) point series run and a non-point 7K run/walk
Saturday February 7th - 18K (11.18 mils) point series run and a non-point 10K run/walk 

Every preregistered participant will receive a custom design coffee mug to commemorate that event and a $5 coupon for food and drinks at the restaurant bar.   Mugs for race day registration can not be guaranteed.
